IT Support Pricing

Clear pricing. No nasty surprises.

One all-inclusive fee per user, per month — for everything. Here's exactly how our managed and co-managed pricing works, and why the number on its own tells you less than you'd think.

Start here

Comparing two IT providers is not the same as comparing two prices.

One provider bundles backup, security monitoring and training into the monthly fee. Another bills each of them separately, further down the same invoice. Put those two numbers side by side and the second one looks cheaper, right up until you add everything back on.

So rather than lead with a figure that tells you very little on its own, we built something that puts it in context. Eight questions about what your current partner includes, and you will see where you stand against us, what we include, and what we charge.

Compare your IT partner

About two minutes. You never have to tell us what you pay, and you see the comparison without giving us your email.

  • Third-party Microsoft 365 backup
  • Endpoint protection on every device
  • Email security beyond Microsoft 365
  • 24/7 security monitoring
  • Security logs kept and monitored
  • Security awareness training
  • A business password manager
  • A scheduled strategy review
How pricing works

Simple to understand, easy to budget.

We price the way good IT support should be priced: one all-inclusive fee per user, per month. The whole stack — support, security, backup, strategy — is in that number, not sold back to you as a string of add-ons.

Because every business is a different size with different needs, we give you a fixed per-user figure and a written scope after a short call — rather than a headline price with a page of asterisks. It's the honest way to do it, and it means the number you're quoted is the number you pay.

The model

Per user, per month. No surprises.

One price, per user, per month

Everything is bundled into a single per-user monthly fee. No per-ticket charges, no metered support, no menu of add-ons to decode.

Flexes with your team

Billed on your active Microsoft 365 users and recalculated every month, so the price tracks your real headcount as you grow or shrink.

Quoted, then fixed

You get a clear per-user figure and a written scope before you commit. One-off work is always quoted and agreed up front — never sprung on you later.

Two ways to work with us

Fully Managed or Co-Managed.

Both are priced the same way — per user, per month, all-inclusive. The difference is how much you keep in-house. We'll tell you straight which one fits on the first call.

Fully Managed

For businesses with no in-house IT — we run the whole function.

  • Your staff come straight to our helpdesk
  • Unlimited remote & on-site support
  • The complete security, backup & strategy stack
  • Minimum team size and a 12-month term, both stated up front

Co-Managed

For businesses with an in-house IT team that needs more skills, cover and capacity.

  • We work as one team — your people keep ownership
  • Specialist skills, cover and enterprise tooling on tap
  • Shared platforms and a dedicated account manager
  • A higher minimum team size and a 12-month term
In the price, and not

What the monthly fee covers.

In the per-user price

The whole stack, bundled. Every client gets the lot — there are no tiers where security or backup costs extra.

  • Unlimited remote & on-site support (Fully Managed)
  • 24/7 monitoring, patching & device management
  • Full cybersecurity stack: endpoint, email, SOC/SIEM, training
  • Daily Microsoft 365 backups & restores
  • Network & firewall monitoring
  • Account management & quarterly business reviews
The full inclusive list

Quoted separately, always up front

A handful of things sit outside the monthly fee. We price them as fixed, agreed pieces of work before anyone starts — no surprises on the invoice.

  • Microsoft 365 licences — billed separately so each person is on the right plan
  • One-off onboarding & implementation when you join
  • Projects: new servers, hardware, firewalls, office moves and cloud builds
  • Supplier migrations — broadband, telephony, hosting, email or domains
  • Certifications (Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 prep) and penetration testing
  • Out-of-hours emergency support, charged hourly and only for critical incidents
